What is psychoeducation?
Psychoeducation is a professional support service that helps a person better adapt to daily life, relationships and their environment.
The psychoeducator observes and analyzes the situation in order to better understand the challenges being experienced. The goal is then to provide concrete strategies to support the person with routines, behaviours, emotional regulation, social skills and autonomy.
Simple Steps to Lasting Results
Our process is designed to make your journey smooth, clear, and effective. From assessment to follow-up, we ensure each stage brings you closer to your goals.
Assessment
We evaluate needs through questionnaires, discussions, and professional observation.
Intervention plan
A tailored strategy is created to address your specific challenges.
Personalized follow-up
Concrete support to apply strategies, adjust interventions and encourage progress.
Our approach
We use a human, caring and practical approach. The follow-up aims to understand the person within their environment and to suggest strategies that can realistically be applied in daily life.
Support may include:
- observation and analysis of the challenges experienced;
- support with emotional and behavioural regulation;
- guidance for parents in their educational strategies;
- development of autonomy and social skills;
- collaboration with daily-life environments, such as school or daycare, when needed.
